Accepted Answer

Laser hair removal delivers long-lasting, permanent hair reduction. Most clients achieve 80–90% reduction after their recommended sessions.

Does it work on all skin tones?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our FDA-cleared laser technology is safe and effective for all skin types including darker complexions (Fitzpatrick IV–VI).

Question 3

How many sessions do I need?

Accepted Answer

Typically 6–8 sessions spaced 4–8 weeks apart for full results, as hair grows in cycles.

Question 4

Does it hurt?

Accepted Answer

Most describe it as a light snapping sensation. Our cooling technology makes it far more comfortable than waxing.

Question 5

What areas can be treated?

Accepted Answer

We treat face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, back, chest, and virtually any other body area.

Question 6

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Shave 24 hours before. Avoid sun exposure, tanning, waxing, and plucking for 4 weeks prior. Come with clean skin.

Question 7

Are there side effects?

Accepted Answer

Mild redness and slight swelling are normal and resolve within hours. Serious side effects are rare when performed by our certified professionals.

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer free, no-obligation consultations to assess your skin, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan.

Question 9

Do packages expire?

Accepted Answer

Package sessions are valid for 18 months from purchase. We recommend completing your series within the recommended timeframe for best results.

Question 10

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we partner with financing providers to make treatments accessible. Ask about payment plans during your consultation.

Question 11

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We request 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Accepted Answer

Laser treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Please inform our staff and we will be happy to reschedule your sessions.

Question 13

What should I do after my treatment?

Accepted Answer

Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks, apply SPF 30+ daily, avoid heat (saunas, hot showers) for 24–48 hours, and moisturize regularly.

Question 14

When can I return to normal activities?

Accepted Answer

Most clients return to normal activities immediately. For more intensive treatments, mild redness may persist for 1–3 days.

Question 15

Can I get a tan before or after treatment?

Accepted Answer

No — tanned skin significantly increases the risk of burns and pigmentation changes. Avoid tanning for at least 4 weeks before and after treatment.
